Writing/English

Here's what's happening in Writing/English!

Daily/Weekly Assignments
Daily Oral Language
Each day we correct 2 sentences that go along with our English lessons. We practice capitalizing the first word of the sentence, choosing the correct end mark, using punctuation, capitalizing pronouns, etc. Each day we go over the corrections together. On Friday we correct 5 sentences that are graded.

Journals
One or two days a week we write a journal entry that is graded. We can write about anything we want, but we must write the date correctly, indent, include capitalization and correct end marks, and have a minimum of 2 sentences.
